These Terms and Conditions apply to all tours and travel services offered by AZI Falcon Tours, a division of AZI Falcon Solutions LLC. By booking a tour or submitting a payment, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1Tour Prices
Tour prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are generally based on double occupancy. Prices may change until a reservation is confirmed in writing. The applicable itinerary and written booking confirmation will identify the final price, inclusions, exclusions, payment schedule, and other booking details.
2Reservations and Payments
A reservation is confirmed only after AZI Falcon Tours receives the required booking information and deposit and provides written confirmation. Remaining payments must be made according to the payment schedule provided with the booking confirmation. Reservations that are not paid by the required deadlines may be cancelled.
3Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Deposits and payments may be refundable or nonrefundable depending on the date of cancellation, supplier policies, and the terms stated in the traveler's booking confirmation. Any refund will be reduced by applicable supplier penalties, nonrefundable expenses, processing fees, or other costs that AZI Falcon Tours cannot recover.
4Changes by the Traveler
Name changes, passenger substitutions, room changes, and other booking modifications may be subject to supplier approval and additional fees. Travelers are responsible for providing accurate names and information at the time of booking.
5Changes to the Itinerary
AZI Falcon Tours may change hotels, transportation providers, guides, sightseeing order, restaurants, cruise vessels, or other itinerary details when necessary because of availability, weather, local conditions, government requirements, or operational issues. We will make reasonable efforts to provide comparable alternatives.
6Travel Documents
Travelers are responsible for obtaining and maintaining valid passports, visas, travel authorizations, health documents, and any other required travel documents. AZI Falcon Tours is not responsible for denied boarding, denied entry, missed connections, or other losses resulting from incomplete or invalid travel documents.
7Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Travelers are responsible for obtaining coverage appropriate for their circumstances, including protection for cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies, baggage, and delays.
8Health and Physical Requirements
Tours may include walking, stairs, uneven surfaces, early departures, long sightseeing days, and changes in transportation. Travelers are responsible for determining whether they are physically able to participate and should notify AZI Falcon Tours of any medical, mobility, dietary, or accessibility concerns before booking.
9Independent Suppliers
Hotels, airlines, cruise operators, transportation companies, guides, and other service providers are independent suppliers. AZI Falcon Tours is not responsible for their acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, or service changes, except as required by applicable law.
10Unavoidable Events
AZI Falcon Tours is not responsible for delays, cancellations, losses, or additional expenses caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, government restrictions, strikes, transportation disruptions, public health emergencies, or supplier failures.
11Traveler Conduct
Travelers must behave respectfully and safely toward fellow travelers, guides, local residents, hotel staff, and service providers. AZI Falcon Tours may remove a traveler from a tour, without refund, for threatening, abusive, illegal, disruptive, or unsafe behavior.
12Complaints During the Tour
Travelers should report any problem as soon as possible to the local guide, tour leader, supplier, or AZI Falcon Tours representative. Prompt notice gives us the best opportunity to address the issue during the trip.
13Personal Belongings
Travelers are responsible for their passports, money, luggage, electronics, medications, and other personal belongings. AZI Falcon Tours is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed personal property.
14Acceptance
By booking a tour or making a payment, the traveler confirms that they have reviewed the applicable itinerary, pricing, inclusions, exclusions, payment requirements, cancellation terms, and these Terms and Conditions. AZI Falcon Tours reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions. The terms provided with the traveler's booking confirmation will apply to that reservation.
